– Sales Associate (Tractor Loans)

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for tractor loan financing.
• Build and maintain relationships with tractor dealers, customers, and channel partners.
• Visit dealers and market areas to identify potential customers and generate business.
• Explain tractor loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, agricultural, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Conduct customer visits and verification as per company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and dealers throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in tractor finance, vehicle finance, agriculture finance, or retail lending sales.
• Candidates with experience in dealer/channel sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales and customer visits.
• Strong target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
