Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academy Counsellor based in Pune. The Academy Counsellor will provide guidance to students, assist them in course selection based on career aspirations, and address their questions and concerns. They will actively manage student inquiries, provide one-on-one counseling sessions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Building strong relationships and supporting learners throughout their educational journey will be a key aspect of the role. Tracking progress and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams will also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling or advisory skills with a focus on career guidance and student support.
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, and ability to build relationships with students.

• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple student profiles and schedules.
• Attention to detail for tracking and updating student progress and documentation.
• Familiarity with educational programs such as Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, or Data Analysis is advantageous.
• Previous experience in an academic counseling or education-related role is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
