Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & Sales:
- Source new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through various channels like cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets set by the bank.
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, mutual funds, and other retail assets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
- Provide personalized banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and query resolution.
- Portfolio Management:
- Manage and grow the portfolio of CASA customers.

- Monitor account activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling or risk management.
- Ensure zero leakage of income and maintain KYC and AML compliance.
- Branch Coordination:
- Work closely with the branch operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Participate in local marketing activities and branch-level campaigns to drive business.
