Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Computer Aided Design Engineer role located in the Faridabad district. The role involves utilizing engineering principles and software tools to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components or systems. The successful candidate will work with CAD and EDA tools, manage physical design projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Additionally, the role requires model simulation, prototype testing, and supporting the implementation of best practices in design and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Physical Design and hands-on experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles and systems
• Experience using tools like Cadence for design and analysis
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing principles is a plus
• Familiarity with CAD software and industry practices is highly desirable
• Bachelors degree in B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Siemens NX.

· Train candidates on 3D Modeling, Assembly Design, Drafting, Surface Modeling, Sheet Metal, and CAM basics.

· Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments.

· Conduct lab sessions and guide learners on industrial projects.

· Support students in certification preparation and placement readiness.

· Maintain training records and progress reports.

· Coordinate with industry and academic institutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Siemens NX

• Good understanding of CAD/CAM concepts, GD&T, and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA is an added advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience

· 1–5 years experience in CAD designing and/or technical training.
