Senior Associate - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Act as the HRBP for the assigned product line across PAN India.

• Partner with business and functional leaders on all people-related matters.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, performance management, transfers and exits.
• Drive employee engagement and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Track attrition and drive initiatives to improve employee retention and stability.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes across locations.
• Analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights to business leaders.
• Ensure strong coordination between business teams and the HR function.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of relevant HRBP/Core HR experience, preferably from BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services.
• Experience handling PAN-India / multi-location HR responsibilities.
• Strong experience in partnering with business leaders and frontline teams.
• Good understanding of employee engagement, retention, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates with a stable career history and good tenure in previous organisations will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-driven environment
