Team Lead - Sales - Mid Corporate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Team Lead - Mid Corporate to drive business development and relationship management for the Mid Corporate segment. The role will involve managing a portfolio of mid-sized corporates, deepening existing relationships, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through a suite of banking and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with Mid Corporate clients across the assigned geography.
• Drive acquisition of new corporate relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Understand client business models, financials and banking requirements to identify suitable solutions.
• Drive business across working capital, term lending, trade finance, cash management and other corporate banking products.
• Lead a team of Relationship Managers and provide direction on business development, client engagement and portfolio growth.
• Monitor team performance against business targets, revenue objectives and portfolio quality.
• Build strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, finance heads and other key decision-makers.
• Work closely with Credit, Product, Operations, Risk and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements and credit/risk parameters.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and opportunities within the Mid Corporate segment.
