SkillzenLoop is hiring HR Interns who are interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and human resource operations. This internship provides practical exposure to hiring processes, candidate management, onboarding workflows, and professional communication within a remote work environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

Duration: 1–3 Months

Stipend: ₹14,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidate applications

* Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling activities

* Maintain candidate records and hiring documentation

* Assist in onboarding and employee coordination tasks

* Support HR reporting and administrative activities

* Participate in recruitment and people operations projects

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good organizational and documentation abilities

* Attention to detail and professional work ethic

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

* Capability to work independently in a remote environment
