Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales through lead generation, site visits, and client conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer experience
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in sales or relationship management (real estate preferred)
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
