## Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Service Technicians to join our Service & After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of electric vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a passion for the EV industry are encouraged to apply.

• ## Key Responsibilities
• * Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electric vehicles.
• * Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
• * Repair or replace defective components such as batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, and wiring harnesses.
• * Conduct vehicle testing after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• * Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions in a professional manner.
• * Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
• * Assist customers with basic operational guidance and vehicle maintenance tips.
• * Coordinate with the spare parts and technical support teams for timely issue resolution.
• * Attend field service calls and breakdown support activities when required.
• * Follow company SOPs and safety standards during all service operations.
• * Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• ## Eligibility Criteria
• * ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, or a related field.
• * Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, vehicle servicing, and troubleshooting.
• * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
• * Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
