Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Service Technicians to join our Service & After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of electric vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a passion for the EV industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of electric vehicles.
• *Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
• *Repair or replace defective components such as batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, and wiring harnesses.
• Conduct vehicle testing after repairs to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
• Assist customers with basic operational guidance and vehicle maintenance tips.
• Coordinate with the spare parts and technical support teams for timely issue resolution.
• Attend field service calls and breakdown support activities when required.
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards during all service operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, or a related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, vehicle servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
• Valid driving license will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components.
• Understanding of battery technology and charging systems.
• Familiarity with service tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare service reports and documentation.
