About The InternshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Monitor and collect accounts receivable


• Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting


• Work on the PO management process


• Work on payment processes


• Work on vendor registration and onboarding


• Work on vendor reconciliation


• Pay vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensure payment is received for outstanding credit


• Work on the year-end closing and Tally of the FY balance sheet

Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Drive


• Ability to keep company and partner confidence


• Proficient at Quickbooks Online plus one of the commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.
