*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage and approve partner orders efficiently.
• Enable and support partners to become independent in operations.
• Drive ERP adoption and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Handle returnable collections with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor customer and partner satisfaction through feedback scores and resolve escalations promptly.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and CRM updates.

*Required Qualifications:*

• Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
