Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, you will help identify and research relevant influencers across social platforms, support outreach and communication efforts, and assist in building and maintaining influencer relationships. You will contribute to campaign planning, track deliverables, and compile performance data and insights to support reporting. Daily tasks may also include coordinating content timelines, monitoring social media trends, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. This internship provides hands-on experience in influencer marketing and brand management within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications

• Ability to research and identify relevant influencers, analyze audience profiles, and track campaign performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and basic understanding of influencer and digital marketing concepts.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and content calendars with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in brand building, online communities, and staying current with social and digital trends.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
