• What You Will Work On
• As a Sports Management Intern, you will be actively involved in:
• 1. Event Operations & Management
• * Execution of major sports events, including an international football tournament.
• * Planning and handling local grassroots tournaments across multiple sports.
• * Coordination with teams, referees, vendors, and on-ground staff for seamless delivery.
• 2. Business & Sales Support
• * Assisting in lead generation, sales outreach, and client communication.
• * Supporting business development strategies, partnerships, and collaborations.
• 3. Academy & Venue Management
• * Daily coordination with coaches, venue managers, and caretakers.
• * Ensuring smooth functioning of sports academies, turf operations, and pay-n-play venues.
• * Maintaining operational standards and customer experience.
• 4. Research & Documentation
• * Working on business models, market insights, and operational reports.
• * Understanding the structure of the Indian sports ecosystem.
