Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Follow up on customer requests, project updates, and service-related concerns.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
• Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction.
• Support after-sales service and customer feedback management.

Required Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in any engineering discipline or an MBA graduate from a recognized institution.
• Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in CRM, customer service, customer support, sales coordination, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
