Quality Engineer

Job description

• Responsible for qualityassurance & qualitycontrol at the project site and report to the QA/QC

Manager in the issues related to non conformance & deficiencies in the qualitymanagement

process at the site.

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall
  
  qualitycontrol of the site, provide advises & suggestion

to improve qualitycontrol at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target

with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2000.

• Assist the QA/QC Manager in preparation of all related quality documents such as ITPs &

Method Statements.

• Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests.
• Conduct quality awareness meetings & inductions for project engineers, site engineers & other construction staffs.
• To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual

activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings.

• Full supervision of concreting activity, Internal inspection for all activities on the site.
• Carryout all inspection with main contractor & client and get the approval.
• Follow up with the Handing Over.
• Procedure & requirements with the client to get the Acceptance certificate.
• Batching Plant Calibration & All Lab Equipment Calibration witness by client.
• Preparation of Mix Design and approved by Client.
• Check All type of test of green concrete (Bleeding, Air, Density, Slump, Mix of Concrete,

Flow of Concrete, Setting time etc) & Hard Concrete ( Compressive strength, Flexural, Split

Tensile, Rapid penetration test, etc.)

• All type of physical test of Material.
  

Candidate must have Construction Experience High Rise Buildings with BE/B.Tech Civil
