Accounts Receivable Administrator - Contracts

What the Role Is:

We are looking for a hands-on Contract Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing Finance team. The candidate should be detail oriented, adaptable and ready to roll up their sleeves. At its core, this job will be an instrumental contributor to enhancing the accounting and process needs for our growing organization. In the new role, you will have a unique opportunity to be a direct contributor to Socure's developing finance and accounting function. This is a full time role reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting.

What You'll Do:

• Review and monitor contracts throughout the execution, extension, or renewal process.


• Track contract completion – follow-up with legal/revenue operations to make sure the execution of the contract is on-track


• Analyze contract terms and work with Account Managers/Sales Rep to make sure all relevant contract terms are identified.


• Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with the customer and internally with appropriate stakeholders.


• Create ad-hoc reporting to present accurate and updated information to stakeholders.


• Maintain a contract tracker.


• Enter and maintain contract subscriptions information in Netsuite.


• Track customer payments and contractually agreed upon revenue.


• Ensure that proper revenue recognition is being applied to each contract.

What You'll Bring:

• Highly self-motivated, flexible team player who is able to operate independently


• Flexibility to work with US team on ESt time zone as needed


• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup, and ability to collaborate with the team through Google Sheets


• Strong analytic and contract review skills


• Ability to understand and maintain large data sets

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERPs (Netsuite Preferred)
