Business Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant who can work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify operational challenges, and recommend technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business consulting, ERP implementations, and stakeholder management, helping organizations improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-value consulting services and ensure successful ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Business Consulting & Strategy
• Understand client business models, operational workflows, and industry challenges.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using ERP and digital technologies.
• Provide strategic consulting to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance.

• ERP Consulting & Implementation
• Lead functional consulting for ERP implementations, preferably Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
• Prepare key project documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Solution Design Documents.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate system implementation based on business requirements.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training sessions, and solution validation with clients.

• Client Engagement
• Act as the primary consultant and point of contact for key client accounts.
• Manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide advisory support to clients during their digital transformation journey.

• Process Improvement & Documentation
• Design optimized business workflows and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation of project scope, deliverables, and change requests.
  

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in business consulting, ERP consulting, or management consulting roles.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects.
• Strong experience working with stakeholders and managing consulting engagements.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution business processes is preferred.

Must Have

• Strong business process analysis and consulting skills.
• Experience in ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience preparing project documentation such as BRD and functional specifications.
