Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist who can manage multiple job openings simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and deliver timely hiring results while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple open positions across departments simultaneously.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Ensure accurate documentation, trackers, and recruitment records
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and offers
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail at every stage
• Meet hiring deadlines while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Experience

• 3+ Year

Must Have

• Experience in ITrecruitment
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
