Job Description
Qualification:- Degree in Computer Engineering/Application/ Science
Skill Sets:-
- QMS, Quality Models
- Quality Audits
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Writing processes, procedures, plans, presentations, and guidelines.
- Demonstrations of processes and policies to create awareness.
- Knowledge of quality management system (QMS) procedures and Quality Models (ISO, CMMI).
- Good to have: Participation in some kind of external / internal Software Quality Audits as Auditor or Auditors Assistant.
Role & responsibilities
- Writing/reviewing/editing processes, procedures, plans, and guidelines.
- Supporting activities for internal audits, audit data collections and analysis.
- Supporting implementation of quality plans and audits.
- Preparing and implementing quality audit plans and check their compliance
- Supporting teams towards process implementation and improvement.
- Creating and communicating process awareness and its importance.
