Data Analyst/Analytics(Fresher Graduate)_

Data Analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods, data mining techniques, and visualization tools to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to inform decision-making.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and present insights to stakeholders. Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries like Matplotlib and Seaborn.

• Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast future trends, customer behavior, or business outcomes. Evaluate model performance and refine methodologies as needed.
• Data Interpretation: Interpret and explain data analysis results to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for business improvement or optimization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and software developers, to integrate data analytics solutions into business processes and applications.
• Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by adhering to data governance policies and best practices. Implement data governance frameworks to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance analytical techniques, tools, and processes.

  Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
