Based in Pune, this internship provides hands-on exposure to business processes across HR, recruitment, sales, accounts, and operations. Interns will gather business requirements, identify process gaps, document workflows, support functional testing and UAT, and collaborate with product and development teams. The role also offers exposure to the company's internal platform, CORE.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business processes across HR, recruitment, sales, accounts, and operations.Gather and document business requirements.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.Create process flows and user stories.Support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Work with product and development teams to track and resolve issues.Gain hands-on exposure to the internal platform, CORE.RequirementsStrong logical and analytical thinking.Good communication skills.Interest in business analysis and technology.Problem-solving mindset.Willingness to learn and work with different teams.
