As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of property consultants, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the property buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive property sales and achieve assigned targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development initiatives and closures
- Ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to deal closure
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong team management & leadership abilities
- Excellent client relationship management
- Expertise in negotiation and deal closure
