Spinny - Business Analyst - Insurance Domain

Role & responsibilities:- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business metrics.- Be the custodian of business data and always on top of metrics - spot trends and anomalies.- Perform RCAs and suggest improvements.- Own business processes along with business team members - evaluate processes, identify opportunities and implement solutions.- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, insurance partners) and drive timely deliverables.Preferred candidate profile:- B.Tech graduate from Tier 1 College/ University.- Prior experience in SQL and Advanced MS Excel is required.- Advanced expertise in data analysis.- Analytical frame of mind and a comfortable with large ambiguous datasets.- Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems & come up with solutions.- Experience in Data Manipulation in Python/R is a plus.Other details:- Mon - Sat (Work from office/onsite).- Location Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana.
