Position Details

Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–2 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Mandatory Language Requirement

Candidates must be proficient in all three languages: Tamil, Malayalam, and English.

This is a mandatory requirement for the role. Candidates who do not meet the language requirement will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle 50–60 candidate calls per day across multiple job openings.

* Source and screen candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.

* Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess candidates based on role requirements.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.

* Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

* Track candidates during the post-joining period.

* Maintain candidate information, recruitment trackers, and reports using MS Excel.

* Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

* Address candidate queries and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

* Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

* 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

* Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong candidate coordination and follow-up skills.

* Understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.

* Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

* Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

* Organized, dedicated, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Experience with job portals and recruitment tracking tools.

* Experience in high-volume recruitment will be an advantage.
