Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, social media trends, branding, and digital marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience in building brand awareness and creating engaging digital content for an EdTech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Design graphics, carousels, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Capture and edit photos and videos during workshops, events, college visits, and office activities.
• Edit reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to promote training programs, events, and partnerships.
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports.
• Brainstorm creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
