Senior Recruiter (Non-Tech)

Your responsibilities include overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. By partnering with hiring managers, you will identify talent needs, build strong relationships, and implement efficient recruitment processes. Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and networking, you will attract high-quality candidates and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. Additionally, you will proactively engage with passive candidates to secure top talent.

Your focus will be on screening and shortlisting candidates based on skills and qualifications, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and timely closures of open positions. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will manage offer negotiations, present competitive compensation packages, and close candidates effectively. By tracking key recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to stakeholders, you will ensure transparency and alignment throughout the recruitment process.

Staying updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices will be crucial in providing valuable insights to hiring managers and contributing to employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, ensure collaboration, and attract top non-technical talent to the organization.

Ideally, you possess 4-6 years of experience in recruiting for non-technical roles, with a strong understanding of hiring strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies. Your interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities will be essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Google Workspace, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Keka HRMS is a plus), and recruitment marketing platforms are also required.
