Lead/Project Manager - SAP

Role Overview:
As an SAP Lead/Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving successful SAP implementations and upgrades for our clients across diverse industries. Your day-to-day will involve leading project teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing business processes. You will collaborate closely with clients, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall business performance, enabling them to achieve their strategic goals through effective utilization of SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget for various clients.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and project goals.

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution and minimize potential disruptions.
- Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP solutions to meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Manage change management activities, including user training and documentation, to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex SAP implementation projects, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP SD, and SAP MM modules.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Experience: 8 - 18 years
