Group Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview:

The Group CFO will lead the Group's centralized finance and shared services function, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, consolidated reporting, compliance, IT, cybersecurity, vendor management, and strategic projects across multiple group entities. The role is responsible for establishing strong financial governance, driving operational efficiency through shared services and SLAs, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing cash flow and financial performance, and providing strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board. The Group CFO will also lead cross-functional teams, standardize processes, manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing, and support the Group's long-term growth and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:

• CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent qualification (CA preferred).
• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience in a multi-entity or multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, transfer pricing, audit, compliance, and financial controls.
• Exposure to IT governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and strategic project management.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and ability to drive transformation in a dynamic business environment.
