International IT Software Sales Specialist (Australian Shift)

• Driving outbound sales calls daily to generate and qualify leads.
• Scheduling client meetings and product demos with international prospects.
• Identifying client requirements and providing tailored IT/software solutions.
• Managing end-to-end sales, from negotiations to deal closure.
• Overseeing smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM and preparing performance reports.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Building lasting client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements for this role include:

• Proven experience in IT/software sales or outbound B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational Australian shifts (4:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
• Ability to work 5 days a week with occasional weekend availability.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient sales mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali office.
