Job Description
- As an International IT Software Sales Specialist at our Mohali office, you will be an integral part of our team, engaging with global clients and driving software sales in the Australian market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving outbound sales calls daily to generate and qualify leads.
- Scheduling client meetings and product demos with international prospects.
- Identifying client requirements and providing tailored IT/software solutions.
- Managing end-to-end sales, from negotiations to deal closure.
- Overseeing smooth onboarding for new customers.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and preparing performance reports.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Building lasting client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in IT/software sales or outbound B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working in rotational Australian shifts (4:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
- Ability to work 5 days a week with occasional weekend availability.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient sales mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali office.
