Job Description
- As an International Telecaller at our IT / Software Services company located in Phase 8B, Sector 74, Mohali, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients globally and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making Outbound International Calls to prospective & existing clients for follow-ups, service updates, and lead generation.
- Handling Inbound calls and professionally addressing client queries.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and ensuring updated communication logs.
- Building and strengthening Client Relationships with effective communication.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure smooth coordination.
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international calling (voice process).
- Excellent spoken & written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools & Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of IT / software services is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in Rotational Shifts (4:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Weekend availability is required.

This is a Full-time job opportunity. Experience in Telecommunication for 1 year is preferred. The work location is in person.
