International Voice Support Executive

• Making Outbound International Calls to prospective & existing clients for follow-ups, service updates, and lead generation.
• Handling Inbound calls and professionally addressing client queries.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and ensuring updated communication logs.
• Building and strengthening Client Relationships with effective communication.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure smooth coordination.

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in international calling (voice process).
• Excellent spoken & written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools & Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of IT / software services is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in Rotational Shifts (4:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
• Weekend availability is required.

This is a Full-time job opportunity. Experience in Telecommunication for 1 year is preferred. The work location is in person.
