IT Software Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct daily outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads.
• Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and deal closure.
• Oversee customer onboarding for a smooth transition to product usage.
• Maintain updated sales data in CRM systems and prepare performance reports.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in IT/software sales or outbound B2B sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with rotational Australian shifts (4:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
• 5-day working week with weekend availability when required.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
• Based in or willing to work from Mohali office.
