Job Description
- As an IT Software Sales Executive at our company based in Mohali, your role will involve handling outbound sales calls, engaging with international clients, and driving software sales. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to customer onboarding while working in Australian shifts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct daily outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and deal closure.
- Oversee customer onboarding for a smooth transition to product usage.
- Maintain updated sales data in CRM systems and prepare performance reports.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in IT/software sales or outbound B2B sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with rotational Australian shifts (4:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
- 5-day working week with weekend availability when required.
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
- Based in or willing to work from Mohali office.
