What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of our company's compensation and benefits programs.

What you will do: Manage all aspects of employee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and providing exceptional support to employees.

Key responsibility:

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Manage compensation data and conduct salary surveys
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures
• Process compensation and benefits transactions accurately and efficiently
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits
• Prepare reports and analyses related to compensation and benefits

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
