Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in using job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Support in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Recruitment Research: Stay informed about industry trends and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
