About the job:Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level management or relevant departments as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure quality service during night hours.
