Job Description
Roles & Responsibility -
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, etc.)
- Timely payments and returns filling under all labor acts.
- Timely reply to all notices received from gout. officials.
- Coordinate with consultant for day to day compliance activities.
- Keep updated with all amendments in labor laws and implement.
- Maintain payroll and statutory compliance trackers and reports.
- Knowledge of end to end payroll processing.
Desired Qualification & Experience -
5+ years of experience in statutory compliance and Payroll.
Any graduate/Post Graduate. MBA/MSW will be preferred.
