Job Description
We are looking for a Milestone VMS Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Milestone Video Management System (VMS) and CCTV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Milestone VMS, CCTV systems, and troubleshooting in enterprise security environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support Milestone VMS and CCTV systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve VMS and camera-related issues.
- Configure cameras, recording servers, storage, and user access.
- Perform system testing, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with project teams during implementation and commissioning.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Milestone VMS and CCTV systems.
- Hands-on experience with Milestone XProtect administration and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, networking, and video surveillance systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting VMS, camera connectivity, and recording issues.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have Skills
- Milestone Certified Professional (MCP) or related certification.
- Experience with access control and integrated security systems.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
