Role Description

We are hiring a Business Development Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying potential leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong relationships with students and partners.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to promote Standyous services, deliver impactful presentations, and contribute to initiatives that align with our vision and business goals.

• Qualifications & Skills
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
• Experience in lead generation and market research to identify new opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analysis is an added advantage
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
