  • Job responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and review all financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements
  • and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  • 2. Client Financial Queries:
  • Handle client inquiries related to payment installments, invoices, and financial
  • agreements.
  • Resolve client financial disputes and concerns.
  • 3. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU):
  • Create and negotiate MOUs with clients.
  • Ensure clients sign and return MOUs in a timely manner.
  • 4. Invoicing and Billing:
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • 5. Sales Team Incentives:
  • Design and implement incentive schemes for the sales team.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to ensure incentive accuracy.
  • 6. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client financial needs.
  • Collaborate with the back office team to ensure seamless financial operations.
