Job Description
- Qualification (minimum)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Master's Degree or additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Experience (minimum)
- 7 to 8 years of experience as a Civil & Structural Engineer.
- Minimum 3 years of design experience with Consultants and/or EPC projects (Mandatory).
- UAE project experience, particularly in G+5 construction projects.
- Review, design, and supervise Civil & Structural engineering works for oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, conduct technical clarifications, and participate in contractor meetings.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, design calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities throughout project execution.
- Monitor construction activities, site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, manage technical issues, engineering changes, and project risk assessments.
- Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, HSE requirements, and company standards.
- Additional requirements
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, MAT 3D, 3D Mat, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.
- Experience in EPC projects, tendering, contract administration, and project execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements, PTW systems, risk assessments, and construction quality control.
