Job Description

  • 9 Month Contract
  • 1 Overall Role Purpose
  • To ensure the efficient, timely and accurate input of invoices including registration of receipts and payments,
  • reconciliation of used car sales invoices, bank reconciliations , VAT reconciliations & accounts payable SOA and
  • reporting requirements.
  • 2 Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Registers supplier invoices and employee expense claims in EXACT and non-supplier related invoices
  • in NOLS
  • Maintains, creates and reviews data quality reports for all processes within area of responsibility.
  • Reviews all vendor invoices and follows up on approval when required.
  • Registers bank receipts and payments. Prepares bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Reconciles AP ledgers and supplier SOA
  • Assists in the monthly/quarterly/semi annual/annual reporting requirements (i.e., ICF, ICFR,
  • Shareholder reports)
  • Assists in the monthly VAT reconciliation process
  • Assists in the internal and external audit process including ICV review activities
  • Reconciles used car sales invoices against reciepts
