CA Article

Role Description The CA Article will work on-site in Delhi in a full-time capacity, supporting clients with day-to-day accounting and finance activities. Responsibilities include assisting with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and documentation for audits and compliance. The role involves working on tax computations, regulatory filings, and supporting business registration and compliance processes under supervision. The CA Article will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks, helping the team deliver Virtual CFO and financial advisory services. The position offers exposure to startup finance, financial automation tools, and end-to-end financial operations in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
• Understanding of taxation, compliance, regulatory filings, and basic corporate law concepts.
• Ability to perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and support valuation-related work.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, accounting software, and financial automation or reporting tools.
