Job Description

:-
Senior Manager - Merchant Banking
  • Liaison with clients, legal counsels, registrar, share transfer agents, auditors, and other intermediaries.
  • Liaison with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL and other authorities as per requirement.
  • Manage proper documentation for SME IPO and fund raising
  • Conducting Due Diligence.
  • Drafting of Offer Documents
  • Expertise knowledge of various merchant banking services like IPO, Open Offers, Buyback, Delisting, Right Issue etc.
  • Well versed with Companies Act, guidelines/regulations of SEBI, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, etc.
  • Confidently set up the merchant banking practice with a focus on SME IPOs and SEBI compliance for listed entities.
  • Independently handle the P&L of the Merchant Banking practice
  • Maintain a strong hold on listed clients.
  • In-charge of client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
RequirementsRequirements
Skills and requirements: -
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with a Merchant Banking firm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Salary :
12-15 Lac per annum plus partnership
Office Location : 243, 2nd floor Gujranwala town Part-3, near model town metro station
