Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Export Sales Executive to manage and expand our international sales operations. The role involves identifying global market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities in target markets
• Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors
• Handle end-to-end export sales process including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order execution
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, documentation) to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.
• Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets

Required Skills Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in export sales / international business (preferred 15 years)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms
• Familiarity with international markets and cultural practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to travel internationally when required
