Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Service Engineer who can handle both technical sales and after-sales service. The role involves understanding customer requirements, offering suitable technical solutions, and ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and support of products.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and sell technical products/equipment to customers
• Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Service Responsibilities
• Provide installation and commissioning of equipment
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites
• Handle after-sales support and customer complaints
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clients
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
• Good communication and sales skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Customer handling and relationship management
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Technical Skills (Depending on Industry)
• Understanding of industrial products, machinery, or systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Knowledge of maintenance practices and diagnostics
• Familiarity with tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 03 years experience (freshers can apply for junior roles)
