Job Description

Department: Service / After Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and service machines/equipment at customer locations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical issues.
  • Provide technical support and customer assistance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E. Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Experience in machine servicing, maintenance, or field support.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
