Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive ( Recruitment Consultancy )
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with potential clients requiring IT and Non-IT recruitment services
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active hiring mandates
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including follow-ups and delivery tracking
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize service agreements
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and meet monthly business targets
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development in a recruitment/staffing firm
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
