  • Strong working knowledge of export compliance, customs regulations, international shipping procedures (e.g., FCL/LCL, Air/Rail), and documentation standards (e.g., UCP 600, ISBP).
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply Bills of Lading terms, charter party clauses, and multimodal transport documents in real-world export scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft formal trade correspondence and coordinate cross-border stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for MIS reporting), email communication, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and export management tools.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities—especially under tight deadlines and evolving regulatory conditions.
  • Ability to manage multiple export orders concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strict export compliance standards.

Education
