Marketing Lead - BTL - FMCG

Must-Have Experience:

• Strong ground-level BTL marketing experience
• Hands-on experience in door-to-door marketing - consumer outreach
• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Strong consumer interaction and engagement skills
• Ability to identify and target potential consumers
• Experience in catchment area surveying and market mapping
• Ability to drive surveys through the team to identify the consumer potential-count within a cluster
• Experience in monitoring team performance and tracking KPIs
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Strong on-ground execution and team management skills
• Good attitude, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
