Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat/ Email Support Executive to join our support team
Desired skills:
- Handle customer queries via chat and email, providing timely and accurate support.
- Be well-versed with our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Hindi and English.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Collect customer feedback and upsell services where relevant.
- Ensure all interactions are properly logged and documented.
- Prior experience in chat/email support preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
